Beautiful three panel women's wrapper cloth in a previously undocumented style. Broad areas of heavy white handspun cotton are flanked by warp stripes of local beige wild silk, sanyan. Each of the three pieces that make up this cloth has a different configuration to make up the overall design. Sewing is by hand throughout. A few small marks on the white areas but in excellent condition. Dates from early C20th.
