| Ewe kente cloths are some of the
most highly prized by collectors of African textiles worldwide because of the sheer
skill and variety of styles they exhibit. Unfortunately this demand is
making older cloths both hard to find and increasingly expensive in Ghana.
Here we have tried to present interesting and exceptional cloths at a
range of price levels to illustrate here something of the extraordinary range of
designs created by Ewe weavers. All these cloths are genuine Ewe textiles
woven and collected in Ghana. They are all top quality old cloths that
have been worn and carefully treasured by the man or woman that first
commissioned them from the weavers. Each is in good to excellent condition
unless otherwise noted. As
