Rather rare type of stitch resist adire on a striped background, various shapes outlined by altering the density of the stitch resist, including rows of swastika (most likely intended only as decorative.) Fine tie dyed borders. Like all adire with a speckled pattern this style was called "etu" or guineafowl.  In excellent condition, date circa 1960.
